Starfield Anseong Mall

Starfield Anseong is a 240,000 m² outlet mall in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, developed by Shinsegae Property and Taubman Asia, with architecture and interiors designed by Benoy. Home to 280 tenants, it is the largest retail destination in southern Gyeonggi, conceived as an "urban retail village" embedded within landscaped gardens.

At the heart of the mall, Benoy designed a triple-height atrium crowned by a dramatic reflective ceiling — and Wuxi Zhenmei Metal are proud to have supplied and fabricated its water ripple panels.

Modular ripple panels are set in a champagne-gold grid with recessed linear LED lighting. The undulating surface warps and refracts skylight, store illumination, and the sculptural installations below into a flowing, liquid-like reflection. The ceiling reads not as a static panel, but as a shimmering "water surface" that dramatically deepens the atrium's sense of space and wonder — bringing Benoy's vision of expansiveness and intrigue to life.
